Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using any mu33 service. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
Access to mu33 is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. Age verification is required before any real-money activity can commence.
Each individual may hold only one mu33 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
mu33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mu33 ("mu33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mu33 website at mu33.club, its subdomains, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the mu33 platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account with mu33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the mu33 Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time.
2.2 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and mu33 relating to the subject matter hereof.
2.3 mu33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments materially affect Player rights or obligations, mu33 will provide reasonable notice via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
mu33 is strictly an adult gaming platform. Registration is permitted only to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Players regardless of jurisdiction. mu33 will conduct age verification checks in accordance with international gaming authority standards. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the Platform. mu33 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and mu33 accepts no liability in this regard.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information in the event of any change. mu33 reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof of address.
Each individual is permitted to hold a single mu33 Account. The creation of multiple or duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited. mu33 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and retain any funds therein if this policy is violated. If you have an existing Account and wish to open a new one, you must first contact mu33 support to close the existing Account.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify mu33 support immediately.
4.3 mu33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
4.4 You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4.5 You agree to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any use of the Platform for commercial advantage or in connection with a business enterprise is prohibited without prior written consent from mu33.
All deposits to your mu33 Account must be made using payment methods approved and listed on the Platform. mu33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), FPX, and direct Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
mu33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources, meaning the payment source must be registered in the same name as the mu33 Account holder. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. mu33 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for standard accounts and instantly for Gold and Platinum VIP tier members, subject to successful completion of identity verification.
mu33 reserves the right to request additional Verification Documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. mu33 shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution or payment provider.
The mu33 Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in MYR. mu33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
6.1 mu33 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, or other incentive programmes to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied. Where a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying wagering requirements, mu33 reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom prior to processing the withdrawal.
6.3 mu33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion, may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all related winnings.
6.4 Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise stated. mu33 has the right to void bets and cancel bonuses if it determines that a Player has violated these bonus terms.
7.1 All games on the mu33 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or the Platform's help section. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
7.2 mu33 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. All live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the relevant game system or studio platform.
7.3 In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault during a game session, mu33 will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of any pending bets based on available game state data. mu33 reserves the right to void bets affected by material technical failures.
7.4 mu33 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that is the result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, mislabelled markets, or software defects.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mu33 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the mu33 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, game assets, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of mu33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 The mu33 name, logo, and all associated brand assets are trademarks of mu33. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mu33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if mu33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 mu33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
10.3 mu33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 mu33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, or behaviour that is abusive or harmful to other Players or mu33 staff.
11.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, mu33 reserves the right to retain any funds in the Account pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no wrongdoing has occurred, mu33 will process a withdrawal of the remaining legitimate balance.
11.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting mu33 support via live chat. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
12.1 mu33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of self-service responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your Account settings at any time.
12.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted via mu33 support will be actioned immediately and will result in access being blocked across all mu33 gaming products for the duration of the exclusion period or permanently as requested.
12.3 In accordance with international gaming authority responsible gaming standards, mu33 will not send promotional materials to any Player who has self-excluded or who has indicated a preference not to receive such communications.

13.1 mu33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the mu33 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 mu33 may be required to share Player information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or licensed third-party service providers in accordance with applicable law. For further details on how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international gaming operations and the jurisdiction of mu33's regulatory licensing authority.
14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, or Account matter, the Player must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting mu33 support. mu33 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through mu33's internal complaints process, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by mu33's regulatory licensing authority.
